The most popular plastic film production capacity

  • Detail

China's plastic film production capacity has increased significantly

plastic film is the largest category of plastic products, and has a wide range of applications in agriculture, industry, construction and other fields. Last year, the output of plastic film in China accounted for about 20% of the total output of plastic products, and it is one of the categories in which the output of plastic products increased rapidly

Since the 1990s, with the rapid development of petrochemical industry and plastic products industry, the output of plastic film in China has increased rapidly. In 2000, the output of plastic film (a large-scale enterprise) in China reached 2.291 million tons. In 2002, it increased to 2.7993 million tons, a record high, an increase of 22.2 percent over 2000. The average annual growth rate in the first two years of the Tenth Five Year Plan period was 10.5 percent. Among them, the output of agricultural film reached 808500 tons, basically the same as that of the previous year

last year, the output of plastic film in China increased by 15.4% over the previous year. The annual monthly output remained above 200000 tons. Since this year, the output of plastic film in China has continued to increase significantly. Monthly standard compliance: the cumulative output of plastic film reached 2.054 million tons, an increase of 17.0% year on year. Among them, the output of agricultural film reached 496000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.3%. It is estimated that the annual output of plastic film this year may reach 3.15 million tons

at present, there are more than 500 plastic film manufacturers in China. Last year, 65 enterprises produced more than 5000 tons; There are 25 Enterprises above 10000 tons; There are three enterprises with more than 50000 tons, namely, Sanshui CNOOC (Sanshui) Chemical Co., Ltd., Dalian Shide plastic building materials Co., Ltd. and Fujian Yatong Plastic Co., Ltd. At present, the synthetic resins used in the production of plastic films in China are mainly polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and polyester. Processing methods include blow molding, biaxial stretching, tape casting, etc

about 2/3 of the consumption of plastic films in China is used as packaging materials, agricultural plastic films account for about 30%, and the rest are used as electrical materials, photosensitive materials and electronic information materials. China is a large agricultural country, and also the country that produces and uses the most agricultural plastic films. Agricultural plastic film mainly includes greenhouse film and plastic film, and also includes sun shading, insect prevention, forage film and agricultural non-woven fabric. Since the 1980s, modern agricultural covering materials such as shed film, mulch film, sun shading and insect prevention have been used in China. In recent years, they have developed rapidly and have been applied more and more widely. Plastic shed films are widely used as covering materials for solar greenhouses, plastic greenhouses and various plastic small arch sheds. At present, the covered area of plastic shed films in China is about 1.6 million hectares, the annual use of various kinds of shed films is about 1.5 million tons, and the annual renewal demand is about 700000 tons. At present, the films used are ordinary PVC film with outstanding water permeability resistance, PVC drip free film, ordinary polyethylene film, polyethylene drip free film, polyethylene multifunctional composite film and EVA multifunctional composite film. Since 1994, the average area covered by plastic film in China has increased by about 10million mu per year. At present, the area covered by plastic film has reached more than 200million mu. The actual consumption of plastic film is about 450000 tons per year, ranking first in the world. There are about 37million hectares of farmland suitable for film mulching in China. With the rapid development of agricultural science and technology, the demand for plastic film will continue to grow

at present, polypropylene films produced in China are mainly biaxially oriented films (Bo ① specifies a mechanical movement PP), cast films (CPP) and other packaging films. Biaxial stretch film products are widely used in food soft packaging, color printing, clothing and other industries. At present, China has a biaxially oriented polypropylene film production capacity of about 900000 tons/year. Among the biaxially oriented polypropylene films produced, 75% are ordinary light films, only 10% are smoke films, about 7% are pearlescent films, 3% are electrical films, and about 5% are other films. Due to the low grade of BOPP special material in China, it can only be used to produce ordinary light film, which is difficult to meet the requirements of high-speed and ultra-thin BOPP packaging film

it is predicted that the demand for plastic film in the domestic market may continue to grow at a rate of more than 9% per year in the near future, and the market prospect of plastic film in China is very broad
