2 Bubbles

If the temperature during processing is low, the hot-melt adhesive will soon solidify with the molten plastic parison, And the accuracy of the experimental results is limited by a certain limit, then the volatile gas will not be smoothly eliminated and form bubbles

3. In mold label printing, bronzing, too large label handle viscosity, and poor electrostatic treatment of labels will cause problems such as re labeling, label dropping, label missing, label skewing, and dust in the in mold label production

(1) the adhesion is not strong (picture), the material of the label paper is hard and the softness is not enough, which is easy to cause bubbles in the product, and the label will also be torn off, and the adhesion is not firm, mainly because the temperature of the molding plastic when labeling, the pressure and cooling temperature that can be put into use a few days after the end of the runway construction when blowing bottles should be strictly controlled. If the control is not good, the label paper will be separated from the bottle body. (note that the label will be torn off and the bonding is not firm)

(2) re labeling: two or more pieces of label paper are stuck to the bottle at the same time. This is rare, but it can lead to skew labels, falling labels and other phenomena

because the general manipulator adsorbs labels in the way of vacuum adsorption, excessive vacuum suction or excessive friction coefficient between labels are the main reasons for multiple or double sheets. Adjusting the vacuum suction of the manipulator to effectively eliminate static electricity and selecting appropriate varnish is an effective way to solve the double sheet problem

label dropping: in the process of robot transporting the label, it falls off when it breaks away from the suction cup halfway, and it is not sent to the mold cavity at all, or it falls out of the mold cavity due to weak vacuum adsorption

lack of label: normal startup, no label on the front and back, mainly caused by air pressure and label dropping

(3) the solution of double waste caused by inaccurate labeling in the mold

the first is the selection of labeling manipulator. The accuracy of labeling manipulator produced by different manufacturers for in mold labeling is different. It should be compared in many ways to select products with good quality. Secondly, the selection of labels. The quality of in mold labels produced by different in mold labels is also different. Generally speaking, in mold labels with good stiffness and less static electricity contribute to the accuracy of label bonding, In addition, the influence of operation process and other factors can not be ignored. Finally, in terms of waste disposal, the general method cannot be adopted. Because the material of the label is the same as that of the bottle body, it is formed once in the production process.
